- Simple and predictable copays. You pay a pre-set amount for each prescription, often as low as $6. If you qualify for extra help, you may have lower, or even no copays.
- Stable formulary. We won’t remove drugs from our covered list during the year. (There may be exceptions if CMS requires us to remove a drug or if a drug is taken off the market.)
- Pharmacies nationwide. Get your prescriptions filled at any of our network pharmacies — more than 60,000 in cities and towns across America.
- Convenient payment options. We can deduct your premium automatically from your checking or savings account — or you can receive a coupon book and pay by check each month. You can also have the premium deducted from your Social Security check.
- Customer service. Customer Care Associates are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to help with plan questions, low-income assistance and education.
- Prescription screening. At our network pharmacies and Preferred Mail-Service Pharmacy, every prescription filled using our plan card is automatically screened for negative drug interactions to help alert your pharmacist.
- 90-day supply. Enjoy the convenience of a 90-day supply at participating network pharmacies. And you can save even more through our Preferred Mail-Service Pharmacy

| The Value plan is a good choice if you don’t take many prescription drugs or if you think your drug needs won’t change dramatically in the future. It includes commonly used generics and selected brand-name drugs covered by Medicare Part D. It also includes three drugs not usually covered by Medicare Part D plans: Lorazepam®, Temazepam® and Levitra®. |
The Basic plan may be a better option if you take several prescription drugs or if you think your prescription drug needs will change in the future. It includes an expanded group of brand-name prescription drugs — or their generic versions — covered by Medicare Part D.
